The Adventure of the Noble Bachelor is a fascinating story of an angry aristocrat who is desperate to discover why his lower class bride deserted him at their wedding breakfast.

Arrogant Lord Robert St. Simon feels humiliated when his new American wife disappears hours into their marriage. He strides into 221b Baker Street where he charges Sherlock Holmes to find the explanation.

Holmes duly interrogates the nobleman and before long has found the answer – but the detective’s startling revelation is sure to get St Simon’s blue blood pumping a furious shade of red.
